Referral Form
Enquiries and referrals can be made by families/ Carers and professionals. Click on the ‘Referral Form’ link above to download the form, complete in as much detail as possible including a check on which service you are referring for.
Completed forms can be emailed to referrals@a-rcs.ie our referral team will review it and a professional from the desired service will contact you to discuss your referral , talk through your needs and discuss what supports ARCS may be able to provide to you/ person being referred.
